Work begins only after a partial or full upfront payment.

Pricing depends on project complexity.

Additional changes may incur extra costs.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Delivery

We work within agreed timelines but are not liable for delays due to technical or client factors.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the project is fully paid for, ownership rights transfer to the client.

WebixWorld reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or third-party misuse.

7. Revisions and Support

Revisions are limited to what’s agreed in the contract. Ongoing maintenance is available separately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
